“Communication was poor. I tried to reconfirm our reservations at 4 weeks before, 3 weeks before, 3 days before and 1 day before. I never received a response. I even had Viator try to intervene and contact the excursion company, but again, they didn’t get a response either. About 1 hour before the excursion is due to begin, tour company cancels my excursion for a full refund. That was great, but leaving the cancellation to such a late date and time meant that I couldn’t rebook another excursion. That was most distressing.”
